I’ve visited Nail Luxury around four times now, and each experience has been lovely. My first visit was quite last-minute, as I was looking to get my nails done that same evening, and the team was incredibly kind and accommodating in fitting me in.

A special mention to Mr Wind, who has been doing my nails. He always goes the extra mile with different nail art designs, shapes and creative ideas. I really appreciate the time and effort he puts into his work and how he is always happy to try something different.

What makes this salon stand out even more is the staff. Everyone has been genuinely lovely and welcoming from the very beginning. One little thing that really stayed with me was when I called on my last visit to let them know I was running late, and the person who answered greeted me with, “Yes, Nikita?” It was such a small gesture, but it made me feel recognised and remembered as a regular client.

It’s these little personal touches, along with the quality of the service and Mr Wind’s attention to detail, that make me look forward to coming back. I’m really glad I found this salon and would happily recommend Nail Luxury to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a warm, welcoming experience.

Very friendly team and atmosphere. The nails were perfect; they feel very strong, the shape was exactly what I wanted and the polish was applied perfectly with very clean edges.
